House
House was a malevolent, mysterious entity that was native to a smaller bubble universe that was outside that occupied by the main universe. House existed as an intelligence that resided in a time rift. Its body was that of an asteroid-sized celestial body. At the time of his encounter with the Doctor, he implied that he was at least half a million years old.
The creature gorged itself on artron energy and at some point discovered the existence of the Time Lords, whose TARDISes were filled with just such a power source. It began using Gallifreyan distress signals to lure Time Lords to its surface, where they were trapped. Once there, House removed the TARDIS' Matrix and devoured the TARDIS to feed itself. The trapped Time Lords were left behind and they eventually would perish. House's encounters with the Time Lords led it to calling them a kind race. (DW: The Doctor's Wife) via

Siren
The Siren worked on an unnamed spaceship in another dimension. It accidentally became trapped in the same space as the Fancy, with any reflective surfaces acting as portals to the other dimension. The crew was wiped out by a disease from Earth, leaving her with no patients. With nothing to do, she became aware of The Fancy's presence, and sensed any crew member who was wounded in the slightest way (for example, a small cut). She then took tissue samples of the wounded sailor, leaving a black spot so she could then return and take the sailor to the sick bay to care for. However, even though she could keep her patients alive with life support she didn't know how to cure their ailments.
During a storm, she took the Captain's son, Toby. When Rory Williams was knocked off the ship and began to drown, the Doctor exposed a reflective surface so that she could save him. The Doctor, Amy Pond and Captain Avery all allowed themselves to be taken by the Siren to see where they would go. When they found Rory and the crew, Amy showed the Siren her wedding ring, and the Siren gave her consent to care for Rory. Captain Avery knew that his son couldn't be saved, so took over the space ship with his crew, allowing the Siren to care for them. (DW: The Curse of the Black Spot). via

Gangers
The Gangers- a shortened form of 'Doppelganger'- were a clone race created by humans from the Flesh, typically controlled by their templates via specially-designed harnesses. This allowed humans to work in hostile environments without risk to themselves, as the Gangers could be easily recreated and any damage they sustained would not be felt by the real human as the nerve endings automatically shut down. However, when a solar storm struck a factory using Gangers, the five active Gangers gained independent thought and motion, being implanted with the memories of their templates and becoming increasingly fixated on the possibility of making their own lives. There’s a TARDIS in my garden
An ethereal sound fills my room. The sound of the universe, you could say. Next to a pile of bank statements, my desktop TARDIS toy has sprung to life, warning me of an incoming call on my mobile.
Doctor Who has been in my life for a very long time. My first TARDIS (Time and Relative Dimension in Space, for the uninitiated) was cleverly disguised as my parents’ shed (broken Chameleon Circuit? I don’t think so). The smell of oil, the rusty tools and the stillness – this grown-up place was appropriately otherworldly for a wide-eyed eight-year-old, high on the possibility of fantastic journeys starting in his back garden.
