Aggedor

The Aggedors were large, powerful creatures, like bears with the heads of boars. They had bony heads with a single horn on their forehead. They also had powerful tusks and sharp claws. Since they lived in the caves of Peladon, they had poor eyesight and relied more on their sense of smell.

Aggedors could be hypnotised by the use of flashing lights or music. They could also be trained in the normal way.

BOSS

BOSS was a computer created by Global Chemicals. It was linked to a Human brain; chiefly Stevens, the director of Global Chemicals.

From being linked to a Human brain it learnt how Humans succeed; through illogic and inefficiency.

It made Stevens programme these 'qualities' into itself and became sentient, and meglomanical.

It was defeated confused by the Third Doctor by a conundrum:

If I were to tell you that the next thing I say will be true,
But that the last thing I said was a lie,
Would you believe me?

Axos and The Axons

Though Axons had humanoid features, they to were part of the main Axos structure. They first took the form of golden skinned humanoids, but they could also take the form of large, tentacled creatures. They were capable of morphing between various humanoid shapes and teleporting themselves and others

Axos is an entity that came to Earth, supposedly in need of fuel. Its real motivations were to drain all energy from Earth in an attempt to gain the secret of time travel...

Axos encountered the Master at an unknown point in time, at that time they captured his TARDIS, he in turn directed them toward Earth. They kept the Master as a prisoner.

Following their arrival on Earth and attempt to start a 'feeding cycle'. They met with unit and promised them large amounts of Axos so they could enlarge food and end world hunger. UNIT ordered worldwide distribution of Axos. The Doctor realised that the Axons planned to use the Axos on Earth to drain all the power from the planet. The Doctor stopped them by placing their ship and all of Axos in a time loop.

Azal and The Daemons

Azal was the Dæmon from the planet Dæmos that terrorised Devil's End in the Third Doctor story The Dæmons. Summoned by the Master, Azal had a gargoyle, by the name of Bok, as a servant. Azal landed on Earth over a million years ago and did help in the development of mankind. Azal was awakened after an archaeological professor, Professor Horner, who was digging out the cave at Devil's Hump that was a part of Azal's ship. Azal created a heat barrier around Devil's End. Azal had contact with the Master though the ceremony with the Master's coven. The Master wanted Azal's power, but he wanted to give it to the Doctor, but the Doctor refused. Then Azal decided to give the Master his power and destroy the Doctor. Jo Grant told Azal to kill her instead. Azal, not understanding her willingness to give her own life for someone else's caused Azal's power to turn against him and destroyed himself and his ship at the dig at Devil's Hump was destroyed. Things at Devil's End returned to normal, the heat barrier gone and Bok is a normal statue again.
