Doctor Who Prescribes Red Pills?

After playing a gig in November 2009 at a Doctor Who fans convention in Manchester, for which they'd specially recorded a limited edition CD, "Bigger on The Inside", they were approached by a filmmaker who offered to film a video free of charge, for one of the Doctor Who themed tracks.
"In fact, Sylvester McCoy - who played Doctor Who in the 1980s, bought a copy. We offered him a free copy but he insisted on paying for it - what a nice man! more

Kandy Man

The Kandy Man (or Kandyman) was a pathological, psychopathic robotic killer who was employed by the egocentric Helen A. The Kandy Man delighted in creating methods of torture and destruction using confectionery, such as drowning people in sugary solutions like its "fondant surprise". It was a sadistic monster with a very warped sense of humour, speaking with a squeaky metallic voice and producing deadly sweets. These sweets were supposed to be so good that humans were unable cope with the pleasure and died. The Kandy Man claimed most of its victims in this manner — "with smiles on their faces" — but this did not mean it was not perfectly happy to throttle them if they refused to co-operate.
Composed of things like sherbet, marzipan and caramel, Kandy Man was created by Gilbert M, with whom it shared an almost symbiotic relationship. The Doctor encountered the Kandy Man after escaping from the Happiness Patrol. He outsmarted the Kandy Man, causing it to smash a bottle of lemonade and stick itself to the floor — it had to keep moving or its constituent ingredients would coagulate. The Doctor escaped, but later returned to the Kandy Kitchen to confront the Kandy Man, forcing it to retreat into the pipes. The Kandy Man died shortly afterward when its external candy shell was dissolved in a pipe by strawberry fondant surprise released by the oppressed Pipe People.

Rani

Ushas, later known as The Rani, was a renegade Time Lady. Knowing both of them in youth, she grew into a rival to The Master and opponent to The Doctor. The Rani was the same age as The Doctor. (DW: Time and the Rani) On the planet Gallifrey, at the Academy, she belonged to a clique of ten young people who called themselves the Deca. Apart from the Doctor, her other future enemy Koschei (later The Master) belonged to this group.
Unlike the other members of The Deca, she did not choose to leave Gallifrey but was exiled from the planet after some of her lab mice, as a result of an experiment, grew to enormous size and ate the President's pet cat.

Haemovores

Haemovores were a species of vampire-like humanoids that evolved from Humans. They fed on the blood of Humans, though they could also survive in sea water, which had a similar salt content.

The Haemovores were known to have abnormal strength and power. They had the ability to climb sheer surfaces with ease. They were resistant to bullets and could only be killed by a stake to the heart. The Haemovores had razor-sharp claws which they used to kill people. Haemovores could weld metal with their hands and older Haemovores built up armour made out metal they collected and melted together. The Haemovores could be stopped with strong faith, which would create a psychic barrier. In the presence of the barrier they often respond with ear-splitting shrieks.
The Haemovores communicated with each other telepathically, which could be detected by telepathic Humans. They could also telepathically control Humans to a degree, making them easier to feed on. They were all controlled by Ingiger, who could kill them with a thought

Gods of Ragnarok and the Psychic Circus

Rag, Nag and Ok, also known as the Gods of Ragnarok, were three evil beings who made sentient beings die for their entertainment.
The Gods were originally Old Ones were from the time before the creation of the Universe. They possessed the ability to exist in multiple times and dimensions simultaneously.
They created the Land of Fiction as a diversion but grew bored and abandoned it.
They existed for a time on the planet Segonax where they took over the Psychic Circus and its entertainers, the Ringmaster and the Chief Clown. Outside their own world, they appeared as a man, a woman and a little girl sitting in the audience, while in another world they appeared as trio of living stone statues. They used the Circus to recruit new performers to perform and to die as punishment for failing to amuse.
